海外で災害や凶悪事件が発生した際、対象地域への渡航者をこの登録情報から確認します。
また、日本国政府などから照会される各種統計の基データとなります。
※原則4週間前までに入力してください。
※海外渡航届フォームの利用には、金沢大学のMicrosoft 365ライセンスが必要です。まだ、持っていない場合は、金沢大学学術メディア創成センターのWebサイトからMicrosoft 365利用申請をし、ログインアカウントとパスワードを取得してください。

Submit the form “Overseas Travel Notification”
When disasters or serious incidents occur overseas, we use this registration information to identify Kanazawa University students abroad in the affected areas. Additionally, this data serves as the basis for various statistics requested by the Japanese government and other entities.
* All students must submit it prior to the departure. 4 weeks ahead is preferred.
A Microsoft 365 license is required to fill in the Overseas Travel Notification Form. If you do not have the license, please apply for Microsoft 365 usage from the Emerging Media Initiative, Kanazawa University website and obtain a login account and password.
