On February 12th, we conducted a day trip to IOX-AROSA in Nanto City for a full day of skiing and snowboarding. Most of the thirty-two participating students were international students who tried skiing or snowboarding for the first time. Two Japanese students, both experienced skiers and snowboarders, assisted their international peers as designated “Welcome Supporters,” providing invaluable support. Under clear skies, the beginners took lessons in the morning, learning how to ski and use the lifts from instructors. In the afternoon, they enjoyed free time skiing and snowboarding.

2月12日，南砺市のIOX-AROSAへの日帰りスキーツアーを開催しました。初めてスキーやスノーボードをする留学生を中心に32名の学生が参加しました。そのうち2名は、留学生Welcomeサポーターとして登録してくれている、スキー・スノーボードの経験豊富な日本人学生で、留学生にとってはとても心強いサポートとなりました。快晴の中、初心者は午前中レッスンに参加し，インストラクターから滑り方やリフトの乗り方を学びました。午後からは，フリータイムでスキーやスノーボードを満喫していた様子でした。
